Property runs on information that never quite connects: what a building is worth, who owns it, who wants it, what was said, and what was agreed. Most of it sits in different tools, or in someone’s head. We put it in one place and make it something your business can act on.
We are doing that for brokerages first, properly, before doing it anywhere else.
Why we started with a brokerage
A brokerage is where every thread in the industry meets. Developers, owners, buyers, tenants, portals, regulators and agents all touch the same transaction, and all of them currently do it through different systems that disagree.
Solve the operating layer there and you have built the connective tissue for everything around it. Start anywhere else and you are integrating into a mess rather than replacing it.
So that is what we build for today. What sits underneath is general enough to serve the rest of the industry later, but we would rather be genuinely good at one thing than early at five.

Your data lives in one system with one set of rules — not spread across tools that each believe they are right. When two people ask the same question they get the same answer.
Nothing goes public without a person
No feed, import or crawler writes straight to your live listings. Information arrives, gets checked, and someone approves it before a client ever sees it.
AI you can hold to account
Every AI step records what it did, what it cost and whether a person agreed with it, and every one has a plain fallback if it fails. If a model gets worse or more expensive we replace it, and you should not be able to tell.
We say what is actually built
Everything on this site carries its real status, and the roadmap is labelled as roadmap. It loses us the occasional impressive slide. We would rather lose a meeting than win one on a promise we cannot keep.
Where we are
Early, and building with a real operator rather than for an imagined one
We are based in Dubai and build inside FORRSA, a working brokerage that uses the platform to trade every day. We would rather ship into a real business and be corrected by it than launch something polished that nobody has run a month of deals through.
